Iris is an Internet and media professional with 10+ years of international experience in the media, telecommunication and Internet scene, holding various management positions in both, large corporate environments as well as startups. She specialized in business and corporate development, the creation of new business models and monetization
strategies as well as building successful content and affiliate partnerships.
Prior to co-founding 360kompany, Iris headed business development & legal affairs at the world’s largest people search engine. Being a member of the early-stage startup and later management team, she successfully developed monetization strategies and long-term partnerships.
Iris stepped into the exciting world of Internet startups while working for San Francisco-based Kyte as Business Development Manager where she managed strategic partnerships and marketing projects with leading telcos and media companies in Europe. Prior to this engagement, Iris successfully headed the content acquisition efforts and team at Telekom Austria, building a compelling portfolio of over 40 TV channels as well as premium video on demand content. Iris started her professional career as a marketing manager at the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) while studying multimedia arts at University.
