Previously, Ms. Beck-Codner served as Group CEO of McCann Erickson Israel, IPG, from 2009 to 2012. There she established, directed and carried out the company's business strategy and communications activities.
Prior to McCann Erickson, Ms. Beck-Codner served as Vice President Marketing & Content at Partner Communications Company Ltd. ‐
Orange Israel, and as General Manager of Lever Israel, a wholly‐owned subsidiary of Unilever Israel.
Ms. Beck-Codner holds a BA in Economic Sciences from Haifa University and an MBA with distinction from Bar‐Ilan University. She has attended management programs at INSEAD and at THNK, the Amsterdam School of Creative Leadership. She also served as a combat aircraft navigation systems technician in the Israel Defense Forces.
