Ira is a recognized business leader with significant legal industry practice management subject matter expertise. vrsus represents the fourth case management solution in his portfolio of legal practice management technologies. Ira recently worked at Thomson Reuters Legal helping lead the North American launch of their enterprise class Matter
Management technology platform. In addition to being part of the team that developed and brought ProLaw, the first true integrated case and financial management legal solution, to market in the late 1990s, he also served a number of years as the Vice President for Practice Management Solutions with Client Profiles (Now Aderant Total Office). Ira has been engaged on a number of occasions for significant consulting engagements, has worked as a firm administrator and has been published numerous times on subjects related to law firm practice management and has spoken regularly at conferences.
Ira received a BSBA in Finance, with an emphasis in financial accounting, from the University of Central Florida where he served as the Student Body President. He is a Florida Supreme Court Mediator and is certified to practice in the county, family, and circuit civil courts. He is one of the first non-attorneys to be certified in the Circuit courts since the Bar membership requirement was lifted in 2008.
