Ingrid Bicu is serving as Director of Communications and International Affairs within the Permanent Electoral Authority of Romania. She is also responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Romania’s international assistance projects in the electoral field.
Previous affiliations are the Romanian National Intelligence Academy
and the Open Source Centre within the Romanian Intelligence Agency. Ingrid also contributed as lecturer and expert in the fields of knowledge management, competitive intelligence, collaborative solutions.
She participated in various national and international events and training programs on topics related to elections, international cooperation, strategic communication, regional and global security.
