Ingo Karb is a mechanical engineer and spent his career at EADS and the Institute of Aircraft Design at the University of Stuttgart. Here he was involved in building the textile preforming department.
Mr Karb has led research and industry projects, and has primarily been engaged in the development of parts for serial production with tailored
fibre placement and braiding, as well as resin transfer moulding (RTM) processes.
Mr Karb developed the first carbon fibre reinforced bicycle parts that were automatically preformed, and also consulted during production ramp up. Mr Karb is Managing Director and responsible for engineering, preform production and software.
