Imogen is a blockchain rationalist, specialising in reimagining approaches to identity and emerging technologies within healthcare, trade, government, finance, and regulation. She is currently COO and co-founder of Qadre - delivering identity and trust to enterprise and public sector through blockchain. She advises a number of companies and NGOs on
digital strategy, including her subsidiary company Disberse - empowering the entire humanitarian aid chain through financing on blockchain. Previously, she founded blockchain consultancy Zerado, project managed the world’s first large-scale financial blockchain project, and authored a critical technology report for the Welsh Government that enabled substantial investment in regional SMEs, and led operations and projects as part of the senior leadership team at Ariadne Capital.
