As Executive Vice President & Chief Product Officer, Ike Herman is charged with strategically growing the North America automotive presence of the company’s Collision, Mechanical, eCommerce and Supply Chain business units. Within this role, he handles all commercial aspects of product management.
Ike joined the OEC family in 2003 as a
Territory Development Representative and has advanced within the customer-facing units of the organization with leadership roles in Sales, Account Services and Product Management. His most recent role was serving as Vice President, Business Team Leader – Supply Chain and eCommerce, the company’s largest strategic business unit, where he oversaw the relaunch of D2DLink, expansion of PartsBrokerDirect and developed the company’s go-forward eCommerce strategy.
Previously, Ike was instrumental in defining the company's signature customer onboarding methodology, and has matured this function into a market differentiator for implementing and supporting the company's technology platforms.
Mr. Herman holds a bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Business from Bowling Green University.
