In 2005, he formed an alliance with one of the largest leadership development and talent management companies - Korn Ferry. Since its inception, RosExpert has evolved from a boutique looking for senior executives into a full-scale
leadership capital management consulting business, leading in this sector in Russia. Since 2013, Igor has been a member of the Supervisory Board of X5 Retail Group, and in September 2014 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of X5, a leading modern retail company.
