Igor joined Kaspersky Lab in the year 2000 to become Chief Legal Officer. In this role Igor is responsible for the legal oversight of all the company's activities. Kaspersky Lab departments such as the Computer Incidents Investigation, Security, and Intellectual Property Control departments operate under his leadership.
Igor graduated from
the Institute of Economics and Law in Moscow and has a Ph.D. in Law from the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Before joining Kaspersky Lab Igor held a number of positions with the Ministries of Internal Affairs, Industry, Oil and Energy, and Transport of the Russian Federation.
