Howard Biggs serves as a senior advisor for Arnerich Massena's corporate and public retirement plan clients. He brings his expertise in consulting, plan design, and fiduciary issues to Arnerich Massena's large plan sponsor clients.
Mr. Biggs has more than 30 years of retirement consulting experience, serving private, public, and
not-for-profit organizations nationwide. Prior to joining Arnerich Massena in 2005, he served as principal and senior consultant for Howard Johnson & Company and as manager of a regional consulting office. After the acquisition of Howard Johnson & Company by Merrill Lynch in 1998, Mr. Biggs became responsible for managing the plan sponsor consulting practice. He consulted with large employers regarding all aspects of retirement plan governance, fiduciary risk management, and committee investment responsibilities.
Howard Biggs received his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Washington in 1981. He has been a guest speaker for the Western Pension Conference and the Society of Human Resource Management and has served as course instructor for the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
