Houston McDowell is a seasoned medical sales leader and entrepreneur based in Middle Tennessee. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Restorative Biologics, he brings over two decades of experience in orthopedics, advanced biologics, and wound care. A former Territory Manager of the Year and national advisory board member at Arthrex
Sports Medicine, Houston also spent time at Stryker Endoscopy before founding ProCure Health in 2021, a company focused on advanced wound care solutions.
Born and raised in Memphis, Houston was a standout athlete—playing high-level club and Olympic Development soccer before captaining the University of Tennessee men’s soccer team. He also boxed as an amateur during college, bringing the same discipline and grit into his business life. His professional journey includes hard-won lessons, including navigating a difficult business partnership that ultimately led to new and successful ventures.
Outside of work, Houston is an avid hiker, camper, and lake enthusiast who enjoys wake surfing and traveling with friends and family. He’s a dedicated father whose son, Hudson Brooks McDowell, recently won the junior state golf championship as both an individual medalist and team player. Houston co-hosts The Lighthouse Freedom Project podcast and supports youth athletics and animal rescue, including Mid-South Junior Golf and Fable Farms Sanctuary. Guided by the principle that putting patient outcomes first leads to lasting success, Houston leads with heart, vision, and resilience.
