Holger has over 14 years of experience in Venture Capital. He currently raises SPVs for late-stage and pre-IPO tech deals. Previously, he was General Partner at Vorwerk Ventures (EUR 300m AuM), investing in consumer tech, food tech, health tech, and climate tech. Before that, he served as Director of Investor Relations at Project A Ventures, where
he led fundraising, fund administration, and LP relations. He also helped portfolio companies raise follow-on funding through a broad network of investors and VCs. Earlier at Project A, he managed the investment side, covering early-stage VC deals and idea generation for incubation projects. Before that, Holger was Head of New Business at Bauer Media in Hamburg and spent several years in consulting at Boston Consulting Group, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he also founded his online business intrabid.com in 2007.
