Prior to founding Strengthify, I spent over two decades immersed in payments technology, customer experience, and
information security — specialising in the UK higher education sector. From 2000 to early 2023, I worked with around 80% of UK universities, delivering research, consultancy, and sector-wide insight to help institutions improve payment systems, reduce costs, and align technology decisions with strategic goals and student success.
