A widely experienced senior manager in Control and Communications Systems who has over 20 years’ of related exposures, most of which have been associated with the MTR Corporation in Hong Kong. He has broad experience in a no. of railways around the region with in-depth knowledge in many telecom and control facilities in use by railways. He heads up
a team of engineers in the design planning, implementation of asset renewal and upgrade of Control and Communications systems in an operating railway. He is also a key member in the technology innovations and applications to MTR and heading the deployment of next generation communication network in MTR. He has also offered expert opinions to railways in China, U.K. and Australia. He is also a professional member in a no. of engineering institute e.g. IET and IRSE of UK and HKIE of Hong Kong. As an Engineering Supervisor of the Professional Engineering Training in MTR, he has been actively involved in the development of young engineers for the industry.
