Hermann Monstadt is Managing Partner at phenox GmbH.When Hermann Monstadt founded phenox GmbH as a start-up in 2005, the former small company consisted of only a handful of employees and one idea. The goal was to develop future-oriented and clinically proven technologies to treat strokes and aneurysms in the brain. Over the years, phenox proved to
be a successful concept, as the young company developed rapidly and now employs around 300 people internationally. With the move to our extended building area soon to follow, the number is on the rise and we are always looking for qualified and motivated employees.He holds his doctorate from Ruhr University Bochum.
The high-tech products are used all over the world and Hermann Monstadt, one of the two managing partners at phenox, is proud of the development: "We started with just one product line in the beginning and now have 15 in our range! With our constant innovation, there will be more upcoming products added in the next few years to expand our portfolio in the stroke sector."
