He served in executive positions in the financial services, strategic management consulting, retail and micro insurance industry and as executive director on the main board of a large scale listed retail and
consumer finance company and as non-executive director on a number of boards in the Agricultural Food Manufacturing, Market Research, Human Resources, Longevity Product Manufacturing and Distribution and Geo Spatial Businesses.
Henk studied at University of Pretoria. He obtained his PhD in 1991.
