Helmut Schmitz serves as a Member and Chairman of the Management Board of eJay AG and also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Mr. Schmitz is a Company Founder and is a business school graduate and qualified sound engineer. During his student days Schmitz worked for a private radio station in the technical sector. He
established his first recording studio in 1989, and acted as musical and radio producer for several radio stations.
