Heather O’Brien joined the Universal Protection Service team as Southeastern Division President in 2011.
Prior to then, Ms. O’Brien spent many years at Security Forces, Inc. within the management chain, starting as a Business Development Manager and moving through the positions of Vice President of Corporate Accounts and Executive Vice
President before being promoted to President in 2008.
In her current role she assumes executive management responsibility for the overall operational efforts of the Southeastern Division of Universal Protection Service.
Ms. O’Brien has served as Secretary and Chair for National Association of Security Companies (NASCO) and has held numerous local and area chapter board positions for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well as actively supports its Southern Region annually.
