Harvey Cook is the Portfolio Executive at Red Arch Solutions. He was the COO at Trinity TP. Harvey fills a vital role in Trinity’s core Executive Management Team with an extensive technical, operations, financial, and managerial background.
Since his retirement from the Air Force in 2006, Mr. Cook joined L-3 Communications as Director of Business
Operations responsible for leading all L-3 contracts and business development at DIA for the Intelligence Community (IC) Services Business Unit. In 2010 Mr. Cook joined a small business, Worldwide Information Network Systems, Inc.
Harvey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from East Carolina University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Systems from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). Mr. Cook is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and he has studied at the Defense Acquisition University achieving DAWIA Level II IT Acquisition certification.
