Previously with leveraged buyout fund Heartland Industrial Partners, he played a key role in 20 transactions through which $9.5 billion in financing was raised to create a portfolio of companies whose aggregate annual sales exceeded $10
billion. His corporate management experience includes financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, marketing and corporate communications.
He has a J.D. from Pace University School of Law and a B.A. from Harvard University.
