Harm Arts is Chief Scientist and a Co-Founder of Oasys. He has 20 years experience in the area of logic and physical synthesis.
Prior to founding Oasys he was an architect at Cadence Design Systems where he was the main technical lead for the BuildGates and PKS products. Before that he was an early employee Ambit Design Systems which he joined
after being a research assistant at Eindhoven University.
Harm holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
