Hans holds a BS and MS in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry from National Cheng Kung University and National Chiao-Tung University (Taiwan). He has been actively engaged as an executive director and principle in the
IC Design, LCD and Foundry industries for 25 years with over 40 issued patents and engineering publications.
