Hal Andrews has served as President and CEO of Shareable since March 2015 and as a board member since October 2010. For more than two decades, Hal has been a leader in transforming, growing and navigating healthcare businesses through change.
Hal joined Shareable from Availity, LLC, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the
Hospital Solutions division. Hal joined Availity in June 2014 upon its acquisition of RevPoint Healthcare Technologies, Inc., a SaaS-based healthcare technology firm (formerly nTelagent, Inc.), where he had served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO.
Hal is a successful entrepreneur and investor, having served in multiple leadership capacities throughout his career. Notably, as CEO of healthcare IT company Data Advantage (now with Press Ganey), he led the launch of Hospital Value Index™ – the first index to study the value of care delivered by U.S. hospitals to their patients.
Hal has had leadership roles at Martin Ventures, where he led the firm’s healthcare investment activities, including creation of the Heritage Healthcare Innovation Fund, as well as at Cogent Healthcare, Essent Healthcare, InPhact and Arcon Healthcare. Hal began his career as an attorney at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis.
Andrews earned two undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University and a law degree from The University of Tennessee College of Law.
