Prior to joining CDH Venture, HAI Yang was the Founder and CEO of Beijing SEL System Co. Ltd., one of China’s leading embedded software companies, which was acquired by Beijing Sunnorth Electronic Technology
Co. Ltd. in 2006. HAI Yang was responsible for managing operations, raising capital, and forming international partnerships for SEL. Prior to that, HAI Yang was the Chief Representative of Vantone Investment Group’s Beijing Office.
