Born and raised in the Washington Metro area, Guy has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1987. He began his career with The Ezra Company in Bethesda, Maryland before obtaining his Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas in 1996, where he concentrated on real estate analysis and investment. Subsequently,
Studley Inc., recruited Guy as Managing Director of its National Accounts division. Representing numerous Fortune 500 companies, law firms, associations, and retailers, Guy's focus was on decreasing inefficiencies and costs related to the clients' real estate overhead. In 2001, Guy founded Streetsense with his long-term friend Marc Ratner. Guy serves as the firm's President, and focuses on the day-to-day management of the company and its strategic initiatives.
