Gretchen Eckland is Founder and CEO of Culture22, and Partner and Chief Creative Officer of bXb Group, LLC, and BOB.tv. She has developed and executed high-impact branding and creative strategies for a variety of BtoB and BtoC companies. These come to life across the full spectrum of communication vehicles, including websites, interactive video,
iPad applications, environmental branding, advertising campaigns, guerrilla marketing, print collateral, and live/online experiences.
Gretchen has had the pleasure of producing a wide range of creative and interactive technology deliverables for leading companies, including McDonald's, TATA Consultancy Services, HIMSS, Toyota, Hitachi Medical Systems, Unilever, American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and of course, BOB.tv.
She has extensive experience bringing multi-faceted creative campaigns to life at a variety of physical events, including RSNA, NADA, ASPS, Oracle OpenWorld, SAP Sapphire, GlobalShop, MinExpo, and more. The creative experience extends far beyond trade shows and annual conferences to one-of-a-kind physical events, including the Chicago 2016 Olympic Bid, and the city-wide, multi-day event, Chicago Ideas Week.
Prior to founding Culture22 in 2001, Gretchen served as Senior Account Executive for a full-service, technology-driven marketing communications agency where she led the planning and development of highly dynamic online experiences. She has served in leadership positions with several professional organizations, including serving as President of the Chicago chapter of IABC.
