Gregory Touhill is first the Federal Chief Information Security Officer of the United States. His role is focused on strengthening the U.S. Federal Government’s digital defenses. He is responsible for creating and implementing policy for best security practices across federal agencies and conducting periodic audits to test for weaknesses.
Prior
to his appointment as CISO, Touhill was a former U.S. Air Force Brigadier General and deputy assistant secretary for cybersecurity and communications in the Department of Homeland Security.
