Gregory Pranzo is a Baltimore-based tech entrepreneur, digital strategist, and community advocate, known for his work at the intersection of innovation and social impact. As the Founder and CEO of PranzoTech Solutions, LLC, Gregory helps small businesses, local governments, and nonprofits modernize their operations through digital tools,

automation, and smart city technologies.

Born and raised in Maryland, Gregory developed an early interest in problem-solving through technology. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Towson University, he launched a career in IT consulting, where he led digital transformation projects for a range of public and private sector clients. In 2018, he founded PranzoTech Solutions to provide affordable, scalable tech solutions to underserved communities and growing businesses throughout the Baltimore region.

Under his leadership, PranzoTech has become a trusted partner for organizations looking to improve efficiency, enhance data security, and embrace digital tools. From designing cloud-based dashboards for local nonprofits to consulting on smart infrastructure initiatives with city planners, Gregory’s work combines technical expertise with a passion for community development.

Beyond his business ventures, Gregory is deeply committed to civic engagement and digital equity. He serves on the advisory board of Code B'More, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching coding and robotics to Baltimore youth, and is a regular collaborator with the Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition. In 2024, he helped launch a citywide digital skills accelerator that trained over 300 residents in foundational tech competencies.

Gregory is frequently invited to speak on topics such as urban innovation, tech accessibility, and minority entrepreneurship. He has been featured on podcasts like Future Baltimore: Tech, Equity, and Community, and recognized by the Maryland Tech Council for his contributions to inclusive digital growth. He also writes thought leadership pieces on platforms like Medium and LinkedIn, covering trends in cybersecurity, AI, and local government modernization.

Gregory believes that real innovation starts at the local level—and that technology, when used intentionally, can help bridge economic and social gaps in urban communities. His work reflects a vision of Baltimore as a tech-forward, inclusive city where innovation benefits everyone.

When he’s not working or volunteering, Gregory enjoys cycling in Druid Hill Park, testing out the latest home automation gadgets, and mentoring first-generation college students interested in STEM. He lives in Charles Village with his rescue dog, Jasper.
