Mr. Barr and seven others formed Nautic in 2000 after successful careers
together at Fleet Equity Partners. Prior to Fleet Equity Partners, Mr. Barr was a management consultant in the Chicago office of McKinsey & Company from 1991-1994, where he worked with a number of clients in the Services industry.
