Prior to establishing his consulting business, Dr. Hardee has held the positions of Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development, Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Isis
Pharmaceuticals and Director of Pharmaceutical Development at the Upjohn Company. In these positions, he authored numerous publications in the area of drug delivery and pharmaceutical development. Dr. Hardee has participated in, and led the development and registration of, all dosage form types for Nucleic Acid Based therapeutics.
