Gregory Bordo is a Partner and Litigation Department Chair at Blank Rome. Although he has represented clients in a broad range of complex disputes, the primary focus of Greg’s practice has been in the areas of business, real estate, and fiduciary litigation.
Greg also represents charter school operators and related nonprofit entities in a variety
of areas including, without limitation, business structure, entity formation, governance, operations, and litigation.
Greg regularly handles a wide range of corporate disputes, including matters of controversy between partners, shareholders, and members. His work in the area of trust and estates litigation involves the representation of financial institutions, trustees, and beneficiaries in a full range of administrative matters and disputes arising out of decedents’ estates, as well as the care and treatment of elders.
