Gregory V. Benson has been a director of Comstock Homebuilding Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHCI) since May 2004. He has also been the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer in 1991.
Mr. Benson has over 30 years of home building experience including over 13 years at national home builders, including NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Centex Homes.
Greg is also an experienced IT executive having overseen the development and integration of several highly complex business management systems for the homebuilding and real estate industries. These systems include Builder Copilot and Oracle’s JD Edwards E-1 system.
