Mr. Tylee joined Second City Capital Partners in 2010 and has been primarily responsible for sourcing, underwriting and acquiring properties throughout the United States. He has been involved in real estate transactions with a combined enterprise value of approximately $1.6 billion over the course of his career. He has deep relationships with real
estate operators, lenders and brokers. Mr. Tylee held both the Vice President of Acquisitions and President roles for Bosa Properties Inc. from 2008 to 2012, a prominent real estate development company based in Vancouver, Canada, with over 400 employees. Mr. Tylee received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brock University and is a Chartered Accountant
