Sonis Is the Chief Financial Officer of Eidesis Capital LLC and is responsible for the financial, operational and compliance functions of the Management Company and the Funds. Prior to joining Eidesis Capital Mr. Sonis was the CFO at Union Bancaire Privee Asset Management, where he was responsible for finance and operations. From 1995 to 2002, Mr.
Sonis held a managerial position at Deloitte & Touche tax practice in the Investment Companies, Securities & Banking Group with prime focus in hedge funds and private equity investment vehicles. Mr. Sonis received his B.B.A. in Public Accounting, from Pace University Cum Laude. He also holds a MS in Taxation, from Pace University. Mr. Sonis is a Certified Public Accountant.
