Mr. Penske has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Penske Motor Group, LLC, an automotive group that includes Longo Toyota, the largest automotive retail dealership in the United States by volume, since 1993. From 1997 to 1999 he was the President and CEO of Penske Motorsports, a publicly traded company which operated racetracks in the
U.S. Mr. Penske currently serves as a director of Penske Corporation. In the last five years, he has been a director of Ares Capital Corporation. Mr. Penske is the son of our Chief Executive Officer, Roger S. Penske. Individual experience: Extensive automotive retail industry experience; relationships with key automotive partners; familiarity with all of the Company’s key operations through Penske Corporation directorship.
