Greg comes to Lightkeeper from the transaction services valuation group at PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") in Boston. Greg focused on intangible asset valuation, performing purchase price allocations for several transactions over $1.0 billion. Greg also assisted in the annual impairment testing of goodwill and long-lived assets for several
Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to intangible asset valuation, Greg concentrated on common stock valuations as well as valuing options and other derivative securities. He was also involved in auditing third party valuation analyses for the inclusion in SEC filings and for other financial reporting purposes.
Greg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College Carroll School of Management with concentrations in Finance and Economics. Originally from Lexington, MA, Greg currently lives in Boston's North End. Outside of the finance world, he can be found on the golf course or the ski mountains of Maine.
