Greg Flanagan is Independent Director of Equus Total Return, Inc.
He served as the Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of the Fund from July 2009 to February 2010. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Flanagan was Chief Operations Officer of Gallagher Healthcare, Inc., an international insurance broker. He also has more than 20 years of commercial
banking experience.
Mr. Flanagan graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
