Greg Dollarhyde has served as Chairman of our Board of Directors since October 2007. He is a 40 year veteran of the restaurant industry, having been Chairman or Chief Executive Officer of eight separate companies and Chief Financial Officer of two publicly-held restaurant companies, among other responsibilities. He is currently the Chief Energizing
Officer and Director of Veggie Grill, a west-coast based concept serving 100% plant-based food. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Zoës Kitchen from October 2008 through March 2011. Mr. Dollarhyde received his Bachelor's Degree in 1980 from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and his Master's Degree in Business Administration in 1981 from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University.
