Former Chairman and CEO of Baxa Corporation, a Colorado based Medial Device company that was sold in 2011 to Baxter Healthcare International. Baxa focused on the handling, preparation and administration of liquid medications in a critical (hospital and home care) setting. Greg was CEO from 1997 till the sale in 2011. During that time the company
grew to business in 60 countries, with over 700 employees and $170 million in sales, from about $22 million in 1997.
Since 2012, through Golden Thread Investments, he has made a number of early stage investments in companies uniquely positioned to address relevant issues related to quality of life, the environment and health care. Greg serves as a CEO coach and has a track record of helping early stage companies navigate the life cycles issues common to companies from $1 to $100 million in sales.
