Greg is responsible for the structuring and execution of all projects in Trammell Crow Company’s Los Angeles Office, including accountability for all budgets, schedules, project financials, and development activities. He has successfully entitled, financed, and executed over $1.7B in projects across a wide array of product types, including office,
industrial, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and multifamily. He is sought after for his expertise in entitlements, execution, and finance on the most complex transactions and challenging projects. Prior to his current 14-year career at Trammell Crow Company, he was a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy, where he managed projects internationally on behalf of the Department of Defense. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, and The Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
