Graeme is a start-up and high-tech veteran, who focuses on bring great ideas to market and developing high growth businesses from them. His particular area of expertise is in the retail sector where he has worked on both sides of the table.
Prior to joining CQuotient as a founding member, Graeme spent four years at Allurent – a company that uses
interactive rich media to power superior online shopping. Over his tenure his responsibilities grew from VP Sales & Marketing, to COO, to eventually CEO.
Prior to that, Graeme spent five years with ProfitLogic, a highly successful venture-backed company that developed analytic software applications for retailers. Graeme was an early employee with ProfitLogic and played a variety of key roles including Director of Product Management, Executive Customer Lead, and VP of Professional Services.
ProfitLogic was acquired by Oracle where Graeme became Vice President of Services for Oracle Retail in the Americas region. In this role, he successfully built a services sales organization, a project management organization, and a customer management team while delivering above plan revenue and bookings results.
Before ProfitLogic, Graeme was the Director of Digital Convergence at Borders where he helped define the integrated store and web strategy and built numerous capabilities to execute that strategy (email marketing, in-store web kiosks, etc).
Graeme also spent several years with Monitor Company, a top tier strategy consulting firm, advising Fortune 500 companies on their most critical strategic decisions.
Graeme received an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and Ford Scholar, and a BA (magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Brown University.
Graeme lives in Brookline MA with his wife and four kids. He grew up in Canada which explains why he is polite, says certain words with a funny accent, and spends his spare time playing and coaching hockey.
