Grady manages the teams responsible for the maintenance and development of SmarterTrack, SmarterTools’ web-based help desk and customer service software, and SmarterStats, SmarterTools’ business and Web analytics software. He also manages the team responsible for all of SmarterTools’ back-end systems and facilitates introduction of new technologies
into all SmarterTools products. His duties include product planning and working closely with the CEO on the future development of both internal products as well as new product development. Before SmarterTools, Grady was a senior developer at Mythos Software, an educational and entertainment software company.
