Gordon Ongley oversees the Company’s Development & Valuations and Projects departments in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and the US.
Gordon first came to Hong Kong in 1980 and joined Swire Properties Limited in 1995. He became a Director in 2003, and was appointed the Chief Operating Officer in 2006, Chief Executive Officer – Mainland China in
2008 and Chief Operating Officer – Hong Kong in 2011. He assumes his current role as Director, Development in 2013.
A Chartered Surveyor, Gordon is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
