Glenn Pagan brings to Upstream Commerce more than 27 years of sales and business development leadership in the software industry. His results-driven and client-focused approach, paired with his deep understanding of the market, provide Glenn with the ability to help global retail and e-commerce companies drive revenues and increase profitability.
Glenn has held various leadership roles with leading solution providers including Regional Director at IBM Retail, Director of Business Development at Time Warner, VP Global Sales at Idomoo and VP Sales at TruEffect. Throughout his career he has worked with prominent retailers and brands such as Macy’s, Sears, Ralph Lauren, Amazon, HP and Microsoft to understand their needs and help them find retail solutions on a global scale. Glenn earned his BA/BBA in Marketing and Political Science from Iona College.
