Gilman brings an extensive background in architecture and construction practices to the J.J. Delaney, Inc. He holds a degree in Architectural Science from Washington State University and has nearly 20 years experience as a project manager with some of the region’s leading architectural firms. For nearly a decade he’s worked in high-end home
design here on the Cape – overseeing everything from renovations and additions to full interior and exterior residential plans. He has managed all aspects of residential design and development, including: conceptual designs, flow planning, project scheduling, engineering and construction drawings and site plans as well as client and contractor relations.
