Gilad is responsible for product deployment, sales engineering, and ensuring that BlueTalon customers are extremely satisfied with the product’s ease-of-use, speed of deployment, and benefit to their organizations’ data collaboration initiatives. Prior to BlueTalon, he spent 8 years with Varonis Systems, managing their sales engineering teams on
the US West Coast and in the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, Gilad managed professional services teams for iPhrase, Banter, and Vocaltec communications. He started his career as a technical officer in the Israeli Air Force.
Gilad holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
