Gideon has over 20 years of experience in corporate innovation; as a business builder, programme leader, corporate adviser, coach, public speaker and author.
He is a co-founder and the UK MD of Market Gravity, a global innovation business specialising in proposition development, rapid prototyping, entrepreneurial ways of working and digital
transformation. Notable launches included Retiready for Aegon, Car Genie for the AA, B Bank for Clydesdale Yorkshire Bank (now Virgin Money), Connected Money for HSBC, Hometeam for npower and MYO for Landsec.
In 2017 he oversaw the sale of Market Gravity to Deloitte Digital, where as a Partner, he worked across several digital transformations including; Prudential/M&G and TK Maxx, and led the People and Purpose practice for the UK business.
Since 2021 he is a founder of StudioSpace, a digital marketplace that provides on-demand access to the world’s best specialist marketing, creative and digital agencies. Through one platform and one contract businesses can quickly get to work with hundreds of agencies without suffering onboarding complexity or procurement delays.
His other business interests include coaching entrepreneurial leaders, investing in start-ups and supporting social mobility into the workplace.
