Gianantonio Arnoldi is an Italian manager and business executive with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure, transportation, and public and private governance. He currently serves as CEO of Concessioni Autostradali Lombarde S.p.A., a company jointly owned by ANAS and the Lombardy Region, and as Vice President of FNM S.p.A., a company
co-owned by the Lombardy Region and Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.
After earning a degree in Political Science, Gianantonio Arnoldi began his career in the public sector as a Manager at the Lombardy Region from 1987 to 1990, with responsibilities in the Family and Social Services Department. During the same period, he also led the Italian Federation of American Football, promoting the development of American football. In subsequent years, he broadened his expertise through managerial training programs, including seminars on corporate governance and responsibility.
In 1996, he transitioned to the private sector, taking on roles such as CEO and General Manager of Fidam Factor SA, an international company specializing in factoring services and financial solutions for businesses. He also served as President of Factor Industriale S.p.A. (1996-1998) and Managing Director of Ghaber Ghana Limited (2002-2008).
