German Sandoval was appointed CEO of BANOBRAS. In this role he participated in the formulation of the programs to induce the participation of the private sector for the construction and operation of large investments in the toll roads, water supply and waste management projects. In the power sector, German worked as the CFO for CFE and headed the
interinstitutional team for the designing of the projects called “PIDIREGAS”, which contributed substantially to increase CFE’s generation and transmission capacities.
