Since 2000 Gerald has been living and breathing entrepreneurship; before mySugr, he had co-founded two start-ups. Between those ventures, as a freelance consultant, he created the communication strategy and visual identity of dozens of other companies. During this period he designed interactive exhibitions for the Austrian Parliament and Federal
Ministry of Agriculture, co-created the foundations for the on-air design for Red Bull’s first TV station (Servus TV), and backed Austria's two biggest advertising agencies in their digital strategy consultancy.
Gerald has degrees in construction engineering & multimedia arts.
